Dr. Marian Redwine has dedicated over 30 years to developing leaders and empowering teams to succeed. With an array of experience, her background includes entrepreneurship, fundraising, marketing/advertising sales, and over 15 years in higher education leadership and administration. Through Solomon Strategic Advisors, she leverages her expertise in culture design, organizational alignment, and crafting forward-thinking strategies that unlock the full potential of teams.

Throughout her career, Dr. Redwine has directly led teams both large and small, giving her the opportunity to put her research into practice in a variety of industries and a distinct perspective into the unique challenges and power of activating diverse personalities, skills, and backgrounds. She has transformed broken workplace cultures into places of safety, high productivity, and fulfillment. As she guides leaders and their teams to leverage their inherent strengths, the outcome is increased employee engagement, leading to the highest levels of organizational loyalty and job satisfaction. 

Transplanted to Oklahoma City from Wichita Falls, Texas, Marian earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Southern Nazarene University, spending a semester studying at the American Studies Program in Washington, D.C. focused on Public Policy. She holds a Master of Science in Management from Southern Nazarene University and went on to earn her doctorate in Higher Education Leadership and Management from Regent University with a dissertation that concentrated on cultivating trust and maximizing employee engagement. In addition to being certified in the GiANT tools, Marian also has a level one certification in Gallup’s Clifton Strengths®.

She’s a reader, a podcast fanatic, and deeply committed to getting better every day. She loves design, travel, and meaningful conversations around a dinner table. Married to Scott for over 30 years, Marian has two grown children: a son and his family who live in Oklahoma City, and a daughter in Los Angeles. Most importantly, she is Birdie to two beautiful grandkids.
